Attorney - Intellectual Property Protection
Projects may include U.S. and International patent application drafting and prosecution; U.S. and International trademark applications, copyright registrations, intellectual property licensing.

  • Must have verifiable references in providing outstanding client service for at least two years
  • Must passionately enjoy practicing intellectual property law
  • Must have outstanding communication skills
  • Must have a distinctive record of legal accomplishments
  • Must be highly proficient with computers and able to work with minimal administrative support
  • Flexible hours

Attorney - Intellectual Property Litigation
Projects may include litigation of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and related claims; alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

  • Must have verifiable references in providing outstanding client service for at least three years
  • Must have played meaningful roles in at least three intellectual property trials or preliminary injunction / summary judgment motions in the last twenty four months
  • Ability to remain focused on client objectives throughout duration of long-term litigation
  • Ability to manage litigation expenses to a budget
  • Must have outstanding communication skills, including the ability to consciously communicate using intellectual, oral, written, emotional and body language bandwidths
  • Must be highly proficient with computers and able to work with minimal administrative support
  • Flexible hours

Attorney - Technology Transactions
Projects may include drafting and negotiating technology and licensing agreements, particularly those related to software development, licensing and distribution; technology joint ventures; corporate finance and venture capital for technology firms; intellectual property audits and due diligence; Internet-based service agreements; privacy law.

  • Must have verifiable references in providing outstanding client service for at least three years
  • Must passionately enjoy working on technology transactions for technology based businesses
  • Must have knowledge, and preferably experience, in the software or Internet industries
  • Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have successfully closed at least twenty five technology deals in the last three years
  • Must be highly proficient with computers and able to work with minimal administrative support
  • Flexible hours

Executive Assistant
Projects may include secretarial duties; modest bookkeeping; bill preparation; coordination of meetings and resources with multiple personnel.

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Must be highly proficient with computers and Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Must enjoy learning new things and be invigorated by new challenges
